The front desk team was very helpful. jouise, ira, and ibrahem were all kind and professional. the hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. It's easy to get around. manager ahmad even surprised me with a free drop off to my afternoon excursion. I also got a late check out, wonderful.
the indian lady at the reception was not nice. i had to ask many questions to get details like where the restaurant is located.

the location was convenient near public transportation which was acceptable.
The room seemed worn. The tv was not working i found that disappointing i also noted a lack of attentiveness from some staff. there was no information given at check-in regarding hotel facilities such as the gym or restaurant. i asked for a phone charger but was told none were available the breakfast selection was somewhat stale with croissants that seemed old.

I received great service from Ira at the front desk. The check-in process was smooth. My room was clean and well maintained. The bed was REALLY comfortable. There was even convenient transportation for the shuttle service. The driver Muner is good.
The hallways SMELLED of smoke and looked a bit dingy. The hotel appears a bit aged.

The front desk team, Fahad and Joise greeted me warmly. They extended help to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. I slept very well.

The room was spacious. The restaurant food has many options. I recommend the hotel location because of the metro station. Many tourist places are nearby.
